Manufacturing of force measuring plates

The force measurement platforms are individually dimensioned and manufactured for your application. The use of a honeycomb structure significantly reduces the weight.

Force plates are also equipped with 1D force sensors as measuring elements. For supporting bending moments, two or four double-beam force sensors are used, such as the KD140, or in miniature versions, the KD39 or KD68. The force sensors are either electrically evaluated in parallel on a single measurement channel, which then displays the sum of the forces.

Alternatively, the force sensors are evaluated individually as separate measurement channels. In these cases, the center of pressure (COP) can be determined.
