Adapter for connecting IEPE sensors to GSV-8DS;
IEPE input: BNC socket;
SubD15HD Plug for connection to GSV-8DS SubD15;

Product description

The IEPE adapter receives 24V DC from the GSV-8DS and impresses 4mA on the IEPE sensor (current source). The maximum source voltage is approx. 22 V.

The IEPE adapter acts as a high pass, the GSV-8DS input generally as a low pass. This results in an overall bandpass response.

The lower cut-off frequency of the high pass is approx. 6.3Hz.
The upper cutoff frequency (low pass) is formed by the antialiasing filters of the GSV-8:
The GSV-8 has the following analog input filter frequencies:
28Hz
850Hz
11,7kHz
