Wipano: Prosthetic foot test bench

"WIPANO – Norming and standardization": ISO16955, prosthetic foot characterization;

Research support for the finalization of the DIN EN ISO 16955 standard.

The aim of the research project for ME-Meßsysteme GmbH is to measure the forces and moments during a defined movement sequence. This is a contribution to an objective and comparable characterization of prosthetic feet.

Ototrak

BMBF joint project : OtoTrak Minimally invasive trajectory planning for surgical approaches to the otobase;

The BMBF joint project (KMU-innovative) “OtoTrak” is about optimizing surgical techniques for cochlear implants (CI). The forces during drilling of the access and during insertion from different angles are examined.

ME-Meßsysteme GmbH develops 1D, 2D and 6D sensors for the further development of this surgical technique.

Sensor-integrated 3D printed lightweight components and AI-supported condition monitoring for railway technology components and systems.

ME-Meßsysteme develops strain gauges that can be integrated into 3D printing and develops data acquisition and data transmission.

AUTOMATION AT ME-MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS

Development of test benches

ME-Meßsysteme develops its own test benches for the production of force sensors and torque sensors.

The test benches contain electromechanical lifting cylinders and servo motors from BoschRexroth (IndraDrive).

The motors are controlled via high-precision Class 00 reference sensors, directly with the digital output signal of our high-resolution measuring amplifier GSV-8.

From the digital control of the actuators to the issuance of a digitally signed calibration certificate, all test stands are in-house developments of ME-Meßsysteme GmbH.

 

Brandenburg innovation specialists

As part of a research and development project, we have been employing an innovation assistant since January 2017. The innovation partner strengthens our development team and supports technology transfer. This cooperation supports the entire innovation process from the initial idea to market launch.
