        Measurement Amplifiers with display

        The measuring amplifiers with display are used in production, in quality assurance, in the calibration laboratory, or mobile when used on site, for example in a measuring case with the force sensor and the desired accessories for the on-site measuring task.

        ME-Meßsysteme offers the measuring amplifier with the appropriate properties for various areas of application: The measuring amplifier series "GSV-2" impresses with its simple structure in the form of a "table-top measuring device" GSV-2TSD-DI or as a "hand-held device" GSV-2MSD -DI".

        GSV-2TSD-DI and GSV-2MSD-DI

        The advantages of the measuring amplifiers GSV-2TSD-DI and GSV-2MSD-DI are:

        • a very high resolution,
        • a high-contrast and easy-to-read display with 9.6mm character height,
        • a good connection to software through API, detailed protocol documentation, free application software and example programs,
        • a configurable data frequency from 1 Hz to 625 Hz,
        • the convenient usability for up to 6 force sensors or torque sensors thanks to parameter memory,
        • the excellent usability as a "strain indicator", also for strain gauges, quarter bridges with configuration aid for strain [µm]
        • Can be used as a long-term data logger thanks to a (removable) SD card up to 32GB.

        TD-01

        The TD-01 measuring amplifier is ideal for use as a “handheld device”. The 2.4 inch color graphic display allows three different display modes

        • Number representation
        • Y-t curves over the time axis
        • Bargraph representation

        Threshold values can be defined that are used to trigger recording for Y-t curve progressions, or used for visual alarms by changing the color red/green in the display. Up to 8 Y-t curves and up to 300 individual values with date and time can be saved.

        The TD-01 measuring amplifier can read “TEDS” (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet). The display is therefore configured automatically when using sensors with TEDS.

        Additional functions

        All three measuring amplifiers have an analog output. The TD-01 with the BNC socket and the scalable +-2V output (via D/A converter) is ideal for use with an oscilloscope. In the GSV-2 measuring amplifiers, the non-scalable analog output +-5V@3.5 mV/V is located on the SubD15 socket together with the input for the sensor. This is a "real" monitoring output, "in front of" the A/D converter, and the aliasing filter adjusts to 3.5Hz, 260Hz or 1.7 kHz to suit the desired data frequency.

        All devices have a maximum value function (drag pointer function).

        In addition to connection via plug connectors, the GSV-2TSD-DI and TD-01 devices can be used to connect unconfigured connection cables via screw terminals (GSV-2TSD-DI) or spring terminals (TD-01).
